An on-demand item is a piece not available in stock and made specifically for you after payment confirmation. Your piece will be crafted in our atelier in Rio de Janeiro by our skilled seamstresses.

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the piece to be manufactured. A confirmation email will be sent when the order is ready for delivery.

The piece is made specifically for you, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We operate a 7-day return policy, meaning you must request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and/or undamaged, and must have tags still attached. Items can be exchanged for store credit or refunded.

No, shipping costs for returns, including any fees and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

After our quality review, you will be refunded within 10 business days.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
