BEIRA Atelier
The BEIRA atelier focuses on producing fine garments, combining traditional cuts and designs with the contemporary vision of creative director Lívia Cunha Campos. Through intense research, experimentation, careful selection of suppliers, and constant review of previous works and collections, the pieces are designed, then cut from noble fabrics, and finished with high-quality craftsmanship. Our sewing atelier offers fine garments from capsule collections, limited edition pieces, and custom-made items for special projects and weddings.

Beira is a luxury tailoring brand focused on high-quality clothing highlighted by our exclusive triple stitching. Beira translates to 'edge, intersection' in Portuguese. Founded by Lívia Cunha Campos, the brand's creative director, Beira emerged from a process of intertwining Industrial Design School with Fashion Studies, leading to the natural development of pieces centered on their potential wearability rather than any specific gender orientation. Each new piece launched can be seen as an extension of an evolving story, reinforcing and enhancing the experimental process of a unified, seasonless collection.
The name Beira came about as creative director Lívia Cunha Campos studied drawings, observed the layers between shades, and drew inspiration from the delicate intersection of colors. The dividing line highlighted by their proximity is how the name came to be. Beira's garments embody the creativity that flows from our developed objects to their origin, raising the eternal question, why should we create something? Raw fabric is the unborn stage of all garments, so how do we construct pieces that share the euphoria we experience in the studio? Beira's standard cut carries this energy, and we reveal it with our reverse stitching. The garment construction language comes from the three-needle machine sewing process and the inside-out pattern construction, showing the usually hidden reverse side of the stitch. There is a visible, yet delicate, tangle, unlike regular stitching. This type of stitching is normally used for heavy materials with straight cuts. To achieve this method, Beira's sewing machines are manually adapted to work with rounded cuts and patterns, made with details and crafted from delicate fabrics.
The attention to detail we highlight in relation to stitching comes from the guidance it can provide us in understanding what we are wearing, like how water dowsing can guide us in the direction of water. This allows us to be more conscious and more careful when making choices. An example is sewing with neon glow-in-the-dark threads, then illuminating with neon lights, so people follow the stitch lines that guide all our clothes. We make it possible to know more about how clothes were constructed, in any fabric color or light.
The in-house creation process made it possible to develop these techniques, and our goal is to make people know when a Beira piece is being worn. All clothes show attention to detail, and accessories translate traditional styles into a modern perspective.
