COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders over R$2499: Free shipping

PROCESSING TIMES
Invoice for in-stock products: 1 to 3 business days to be processed and invoiced.
Invoice for on-demand products: Up to 3 to 4 weeks to be processed and invoiced, as they need to be ready before shipping.
Tracking: After your invoice is issued, you will receive your tracking number within one (1) business day.
Delivery: After receiving the tracking number, the delivery period is valid after the tracking number is sent and may vary depending on the carrier.

DELIVERY TIME

Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery will be made within the estimated time frame informed by the carrier. If there is any delay or question, please contact us by email at sales@beira.com.br.

ON-DEMAND ORDERS
An on-demand item is a piece not available in stock and made specifically for you after payment confirmation.
Your piece will be crafted in our atelier in Rio de Janeiro by our skilled seamstresses.
If your order contains on-demand items, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the piece to be made.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY (VALID FOR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS)
You can request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.
For the request to be accepted, the product must be in stock, unused and in perfect condition, exactly as it was received.
It must also be in its original packaging.
Items can be exchanged for store credit or refunded.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Sale items;
- Gift cards; and,
- On-demand products, as the piece will be made especially for you. We offer free consultations if you need help choosing your size.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.  

EXCHANGE/RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (VALID FOR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS)

Please only proceed with your exchange/return after receiving a confirmation email from our team.
Items returned without an exchange/return request will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE/RETURN SHIPPING (VALID FOR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS)
We cover the shipping costs for the first exchange/return.
From the second exchange/return onwards, the costs are borne by the customer.

REFUNDS (VALID FOR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS)
After our quality analysis, you will be refunded within 10 business days.
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@beira.com.br.
