Maya Weishof, born in Curitiba and currently based in São Paulo, is part of the new generation of prominent Brazilian artists. Her work has been gaining recognition in Brazil and abroad, with participations in exhibitions in Italy, Costa Rica, and Portugal.

Her works are distinguished by a striking visual language, in which colors, shapes, and textures create compositions with a strong identity. In Brazil, her work is part of important institutional collections, such as the Pinacoteca de São Paulo and the Oscar Niemeyer Museum, as well as the Rennie Museum Collection in Canada.
